Eligibility for Exchange

Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order and are subject to the following conditions:

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
• Original tags and packaging must be intact

Items Not Eligible for Exchange

• Sale items discounted up to 70%
• Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage
• Custom-made or altered pieces (if applicable)

Exchange Process

To request an exchange, please contact us with your order number and clear images of the product within the eligible timeframe. Approved exchanges will be processed accordingly.

Delivery Charges

Shipping charges for exchanges will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the exchange is due to a defect or an error from our side.
